    Milk

    Milk contains vitamins and nutrients that can hydrate the skin and keep it moisturized. Using milk on your bath will make your skin feel supple and soft. Furthermore, this ingredient contains lactic acid, which can leave your skin soft and smooth. Simply pour a few cups to your lukewarm bath water and let it soak for 15 minutes.

    Herbs

    Herbs are said to help reduce stress, promote better sleep, soothe the skin, and relax the mind. You can choose among dried herbs, such as rosemary, lavender, and chamomile. Tie the herbs in a cheesecloth and use it underneath running water.

    Ginger

    Ginger contains antibacterial properties that will help address flu, cold, and congestion. Adding ginger to your bath will increase your skin’s temperature, allowing you to feel warm on a cold day. It will also help ease sore muscles, and remove toxins from the body.

    Baking Soda
