Breakfast (250 calories, pick one)

  • Opt for oatmeal that has yogurt and bananas. Get the Greek Yogurt kind because it is low in fat.
  • Oatmeal porridge plus blueberries. You can add skim milk.
  • Berries with whole grain cereal. You can also add strawberries.
  • Put tomatoes and scrambled eggs in toast.

  • Bran flakes with almonds and blueberries. Mix with low fat milk.

  • Beans salad with a mixture of tomato, cucumber, kale and green pepper. Put olive oil and lemon for flavour.
  • Put tuna in wheat 2 wheat breads. Put salad dressing or mayo to add flavour.
  • Sushi and apple
  • Hummus pitta and red pepper. Fill the pitta with hummus and insert the minced ½ red pepper.
  • Chicken breast plus 3 boiled potatoes. Add lemon juice and salad.

Dinner (400 calories, pick one )

  • Prawn omelette and boiled peas
  • A cup of brown rice and a chicken breast as big as your fist. Add salad with a bit of olive oil.
  • 3 baked potatoes and salmon with a bit of salad on the side.
  • Mushroom and pepper omelette. Get 2 eggs and mix it with mushrooms, red pepper, onion and tomatoes. Make vegetable salad as sidings.
  • Bake cod and fill it with spicy herbs, lemon juice and garlic. Include 2 boiled potatoes.

Snack (about 160 calories, pick one)

  • Toast 2 wheat breads and put unsweetened peanut butter
  • Put 2 tbsp. cheese and a boiled egg into a protein bowl
  • Make a fruit salad that has blueberries, melon, pineapples and strawberries
  • Banana shake. Blend low fat milk with 3 bananas.
  • Unsalted nuts that contains cashews, peanuts and almond

2nd Step: Sweat a Lot

Now that you have got your diet down, it’s time for you to get moving! A good exercise plan can maximize the burning of fat in your body. You can build toned muscles and lose weight at the same time. Endorphins will be released by your body when you exercise which makes you feel good and reduces anxiety and stress also.

Aside from lifting weights, cardio is important to help you shed 5 lbs. quickly. Try to achieve about 5 times of cardio a week. You can do activities such as cycling, surfing, tennis, swimming and running.

Don’t get too technical about it – just make sure you’re getting a good puff up and shoot for 60 minutes or more per day, even if that is broken down as two x 30 minutes sessions.
