Lemon Matcha Snack Balls

    These snack balls will give you the energy when you just can’t. It is great snack during the day and the combination of lemon and green tea is simply heaven!

    Lemon Matcha Snack Balls Recipe

    Ingredients:

    2 tsp Cooking Grade Matcha Powder

    1 cup dates

    4 tbsp oats

    2 tbsp shredded coconut

    2 tbsp coconut oil

    lemon zest and lemon juice

    Instructions:

    1. Mix oats and Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder together.
    2. In food processor blend all ingredients including oats mixture.
    3. Roll the mixture into balls and keep in refrigerator.
