    Losing weight is not all about hitting the gym. There are a few ways you can tweak your routine to help you lose a few pounds here and there. Here are some tips that can maximize your burning capacity and push calories away, with very little effort at all!

    Swap a Chair For A Stability Ball

    Just swapping a chair for a stability ball can burn an additional 260 calories per day. Quick, easy fat loss!

    Drink Coffee

    Use caffeine to help boost your metabolism for up to three hours afterwards. A higher metabolism = more calories being burned. Simple!

    Chew Gum

    Chewing on gum will help decrease your appetite which means less eating, less calories in and more weight loss.

    Kick the Carbs

    Try avoiding carbs all together 2x a week. Doing this can slash hundreds of calories from your weekly diet!

    Cut down your carbohydrate intake for weight loss

    Do Strength Training – But not heaps.
