However, Gottfried dies not recommend taking them for a whole year, but only to incorporate them along with your quarterly detox to take out the toxins from your body.

Nearly everyone can benefit from the Hormone Reset Diet, but it should not be taken by pregnant and nursing women, and children. Gottfried also said that people with slow thyroid function and adrenal burnout must work with their physician to make the necessary adjustments, so the diet plan is not too risky or harsh for them.
