Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar comes from fermented apple or cider and it is commonly used as a cooking or cleaning agent. Apply this on your back acne to tighten the pores and reduce the swelling. The content of apple cider vinegar is similar to that of salicylic acid potent enough to kill off the bacteria.

To do this, clean your back thoroughly. It may be better to have a warm bath to open the pores, making it easier to clean. Prepare a 1:1 ratio of apple cider vinegar and water and apply it directly on the acne using a cotton ball. Leave the solution for five to 10 minutes before rinsing it off thoroughly. Always keep your back clean with body wash that is suitable to your skin type.

Tomato Pulp 

Rich in Vitamins A, C, and E, tomato pulp is a known bleaching agent that helps reduce acne scars. Use fresh red tomatoes to maximize its antioxidant properties. Cut the tomato in half and gently rub the inner surface on the affected area. Leave for 15 minutes or until the skin has absorbed the juice. Rinse with water.

Baking soda

Another natural exfoliator is baking soda. It contains antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties that help unclog pores. To treat back acne, dissolve three cups of baking soda in one cup water. Apply the paste directly onto the acne and leave it for five to 10 minutes. Repeat this at least twice a week.

Oatmeal
