    14 Day Lemon Detox

    Note: 1 squeezed lemon is to 1 lemon juice

    1st Day:
    One lemon juice with a cup of water

    Day 2:
    Two lemon juices with fresh water (2 cups)

    Day 3:
    Three lemon juices with fresh water (3 cups)

    Day 4:
    Four lemon juices with fresh water (4 cups)

    Day 5:
    Five lemon juices with fresh water (5 cups)

    Day 6:
    Six lemon juices with fresh water (6 cups)

    Day 7:
    Three lemon juices with fresh water (10 cups). At this point you can add exercise as part of a balanced lifestyle.

    Day 8:
    Six lemon juices with fresh water (6 cups)

    Day 9:
    Five lemon juices with fresh water (5 cups)

    Day 10:
    Four lemon juices with fresh water (4 cups)

    Day 11:
    Three lemon juices with fresh water (3 cups)

    Day 12:
    Two lemon juices with fresh water (2 cups)

    Day 13:
    One lemon juice with fresh water (1 cup)

    Day 14:
    Three lemon juices with fresh water (10 cups). You can add honey and drink it throughout the day.

    If you absolutely must snack between juices, it’s best to go with foods that are very low in calories and high in water content. Below are a list of negative calorie foods. You can choose any of these and use them to help get through the day with a feeling of satiety.

    • Celery (100g contains 10 calories)
    • Grapefruit (100g contains 17 calories)
    • Cucumbers (100g contains 16 calories)
    • Asparagus (100g contains 20 calories)
    • Watermelon (100g contains 30 calories)
    • Mushrooms (100g contains approx. 38 calories)
    • Tomatoes (100g contains 18 calories)
    • Oranges (100g contains 47 calories)
    • Cauliflower (100g contains 25 calories)
    • Apples (100g contains 52 calories)
    • Carrots (100g contains 34 calories)
    • Kale (100g contains 49 calories)
    • Cabbage (100g contains 25 calories)
    • Chili Peppers (100g contains 40 calories)

    An example of how you might use these foods for snacking is:

    • Mid morning snack – 1 apple
    • Lunch – 300g of Watermelon
    • Dinner/Evening snack – 2-3 tomatoes with a touch of chopped basil for flavor
